Is this a paid position?
It depends on the role. Volunteer and internship positions are unpaid. Freelance and reseller roles are commission-based. CEO/director and some specialist roles may offer equity or other compensation. Check the specific job page for details.
Do I need to be in Switzerland?
No. All roles are remote and open worldwide unless the job page states otherwise.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our HR team reviews your application within a few business days. If your profile matches the role, you will receive a contract for e-signature. There is no interview by default — the contract is the offer.
Why do you need a CV link?
We review your CV before issuing a contract. Please make sure the link is publicly accessible (e.g. Google Drive with "Anyone with the link can view" enabled). We cannot open password-protected or private links.
Why do you ask about a government ID?
Swiss law and our internal compliance require identity verification before team members start. A valid passport, national ID card, or driving licence is accepted. You do not need to upload it now — HR will request it closer to your start date.
What is the NDA / IP agreement?
All team members sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and an Intellectual Property & Data Protection Agreement as part of their standard contract. These protect both you and KIERO Solutions.
How long is a typical engagement?
Most volunteer and internship positions run 6–12 months with an option to extend. Freelance and commission roles are ongoing with no fixed end date.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes. Submit a separate application for each role you are interested in. Our team will review each one independently.
