Submit the application form
"I am ready to sign a contract." Fill in name, country, age, start date, duration (6 / 12 / 12+ months), language levels, PC access, coding ability, and a link to your CV file.
CV required: Paste a publicly accessible link to your CV (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) — make sure "Anyone with the link can view" is enabled. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence) will also be required before you start.
HR review (1-2 business days)
A human at KIERO reviews your submission against the role. If you're a fit, they trigger the contract. If not, they'll tell you within 48h with a real reason.
Contract via Odoo Sign
You receive an email with the contract pre-signed by KIERO. Read it, sign it. Done — no PDF emails, no printer, no scanning.
Auto-onboarding
Within minutes of your signature: a @kiero.ch mailbox, a GitHub account, Zulip access, and your first welcome message in #general. Your credentials arrive at your private email. You can start the same day.
Why no interview?
Because interviews are bad signal. They reward charisma, not work output. We'd rather: verify your real public profile, give you the role for 6 months, see what you build. Underperform? We part ways respectfully. Excel? You get a verifiable certificate (search any volunteer at /verify) and a strong reference.
